How We Work

Woodwhistle are proponents of Agile Software Development and as such our methods are rigorous, structured and up to date. As a Microsoft Independent Software Vendor we build systems in partnership with you.

The “Agile Manifesto” dictates that our work is based around close, daily cooperation between staff and developers. We believe that face-to-face conversation is the best form of communication and that projects are built around motivated individuals - who should be trusted.

For tactical specification and design we use Agile Modelling practices. We use Test Driven Development techniques throughout – ensuring that subsequent changes have minimal impact on existing systems and, at the same time, document detailed specifications.
